This role is responsible for case management, advocacy, and support for clients involved in the Alcohol and other drug service.
Our residential services offer a 12-week structured rehabilitation program designed to assist our clients in recovering from the effects of their dependence on alcohol and other drugs. We provide intensive treatment that integrates various therapeutic elements and supports to achieve recovery goals in a comfortable and safe home environment.
You will work to connect our clients with relevant support services to help them address related issues, including family and other relationships, as well as emotional and physical health.
You will provide holistic support throughout all aspects of the client journey. A key aspect of this role involves delivering case management that focuses on client needs and promotes their capacity for independence.
Your experience in case management and support work will be crucial to your success in this position.
This is a Permanent, Part-time (30.4 hours per week) position in Cairns, situated in a 24-hour residential facility. You will have a variety of shifts that include days, afternoons, nights, and weekends. Availability to work across the different shifts is essential.
