Our values - Courage, Leadership, Accountability, Compassion, Excellence, and Dignity, drive everything we do.

VincentCare Victoria is looking for a Senior Practice Lead to join our Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program. J2SI is an innovative program focused on breaking the cycle of homelessness through intensive, person-centred support. This role offers the opportunity to provide long-term, trauma-informed case management and service coordination, supporting individuals to achieve stable housing, independence, and social inclusion.

This includes; clinical supervision, group reflective practice, secondary consultation, and training. The role entails delivering these activities to support strategic priorities, and activities will be prioritised accordingly.

  • Provision of Trauma-informed support, including clinical supervision, group reflective practice, secondary consultation, and training.
  • Provides a leading role in the development of practice development resources.
  • Contribute to practice development in partnership with Program Managers, Quality, Learning and Development and Leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Managing Oneself: Manages and cares for self to maintain resilience and support when working within a challenging operating environment.

Why Join VincentCare?

  • Salary packaging, sometimes called salary sacrificing is a huge attraction here! It is a popular way of providing employees in the community sector with tax benefits over and above their salary. It means the real value of a salary package can be significantly higher than the nominal value.
  • We are committed to professional development to make sure that your career keeps growing while you're working with us.
  • We offer a place where you know you are contributing to an organisation committed to helping others. We are passionate about Social Justice.
