VincentCare Community Housing is seeking an appropriately qualified Project Worker to develop a Community Engagement Strategy.
In this position, you will be identifying opportunities for improvement and increased renter participation in the design and delivery of our housing services.
By assessing our renter-base and property portfolio and researching other community engagement strategies, you will help drive process improvements within VincentCare's Community Housing functions. Additionally, you will also be assessing existing renter satisfaction measurement mechanisms and reporting on your findings to help the team design and implement an improved feedback mechanism.
