VincentCare is a leading community-focused organisation dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage. We are committed to providing client-centred services that foster inclusion, dignity, and positive outcomes.

VincentCare Victoria is looking for a Community Participation Worker to join our Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program. J2SI is an innovative program focused on breaking the cycle of homelessness through intensive, person-centred support. This role offers the opportunity to provide long-term, trauma-informed case management and service coordination, supporting individuals to achieve stable housing, independence, and social inclusion.
Under general direction of the J2SI Leadership supported by the Team Leader, the Workforce Participation Worker will work in collaboration with the J2SI Intensive Case Managers to improve economic & workforce inclusion outcomes for J2SI participants. This role will work with the J2SI cohort to identify meaningful activities that will support their connectedness to the community. This is done through exploring volunteering opportunities, links to training, courses and programs, and internal tailored group and individual interventions, and employment placement.
