Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of RACS’ global health programs across partner countries, ensuring programs are designed effectively and delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Reporting to the General Manager, Social Impact & Partnerships, you will provide strong program leadership and operational accountability, translating strategic priorities into well-structured and deliverable program designs. You will ensure programs are structured from the outset to meet governance, compliance and accreditation requirements, while maintaining a clear focus on delivery performance and outcomes.
This is a senior role with accountability for program performance, financial management, risk management and stakeholder outcomes across a range of international programs.

The Global Health team works in partnership with surgeons, health professionals, hospitals, governments and local organisations to strengthen surgical systems and improve access to safe surgical care.
The team delivers programs across the Indo-Pacific region, supporting workforce development, clinical training and health system strengthening. We work closely with volunteers and partners to achieve sustainable, high-impact outcomes.
You are a senior program leader with extensive experience delivering complex international development or related programs. You bring a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational discipline and stakeholder engagement.
