About the Role
Due to the organisation's growth, we currently have an exciting role for a Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation to join the Marketing & Engagement team, to help generate leads (new enquiries) and brand awareness. Working closely with our Marketing and Content Manager, as well as other business stakeholders, you will plan and execute brand and lead generation campaigns across various marketing channels. You will enjoy a mix of copywriting, analytical and strategic tasks and deliver highly personalised experiences for Unisson's clients.
Your Role Requirements
- Partner with the Client Services team to understand growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Deliver data-driven marketing campaigns across the customer journey (using CRM functionalities).
- Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing programs to targeted audiences.
- Build end to end lead generation and nurturing programs to entice new prospects and motivate clients & families (including email, webinars, events, social & digital).
- Build cross-sell and retention marketing programs for existing clients & families.
- Create strategic audience content in multiple formats including client success stories and news articles.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organisation to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that generate demand and awareness of Unisson's services.
- Assist with the research and development of events, sponsorships, and other marketing platforms that align with Client Services goals.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
- 2 + years' experience in digital marketing, campaign management or lead generation.
- Experience in analysing marketing results and optimising to improve conversion.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and developing & optimising content
Additional skills that would be advantageous:
- Excels at multi-tasking and project management.
- Thinks and communicates clearly.
- Experience using Salesforce / Pardot (desirable).
