We are currently looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team in one of our group homes in Canberra.

About the role

  • Supporting clients to live independently in their own home, creating a positive environment to live in.
  • Supporting clients with medical appointments, transportation, personal care and domestic tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.
  • Working outside business hours, shifts start at 6am, 2pm and later during the day, including Sleepovers.

The must have's

  • Full ACT driver's license
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Working With Vulnerable People's Card
  • Willingness to work outside standard 9 to 5 business hours
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team
  • Positive atittude towards people with disabilities
  • Intermediate computer skills & system savvy
