Since its inception in 2003, the Fay Fuller Foundation has distributed more than $14.5 million to almost 60 organisations in South Australia across a wide range of project areas, including organisations supporting children, health related issues, education and scientific research.
This progressive and ambitious Foundation currently distributes approximately $1.6 million per annum to grant recipients and is in the process of implementing one of the most dynamic and cutting-edge strategies seeking to improve regional mental health outcomes.
Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Board, the Chief Executive Officer is accountable for the strategic leadership, accountability and impact, stakeholder relationships, policy and sector engagement and the operational success of the Foundation.
The successful candidate will be community oriented and have senior leadership experience in the social sector, tertiary qualifications and knowledge of philanthropy and community engagement. A sound understanding of public policy, including advocacy and representation, proven financial management skills and experience working effectively with Boards are essential.
