  • Drive organisation-wide strategy and operational excellence
  • 12 month contract, commencing in November 2023
  • Part time role, working 30 hours per week

This is your opportunity to lead Suited to Success (STS) and Dress for Success Brisbane - a small charity, making a big impact for Queenslanders in need.

You will lead a small team of dedicated staff, and a passionate and committed group of volunteers. You will report directly to the Chair of the Board.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering STS’ strategic and operational plans in 2024, and managing the organisation’s budget.

  • Leadership and General Management
  • Business Development
  • Financial and Asset Management
  • Human Resource Management

STS relies on the support of the community to fund 85% of our free services. This means community engagement is an important element of the General Manager’s role - as is supporting STS’ income generating activities (across philanthropy, social enterprise, and fee-for service activities).

Over the 12 month contract period, you will also have the opportunity to develop and implement a number of projects, to improve the operations of our organisation. Project management experience is not essential, however, you should enjoy the satisfaction that comes from the successful management and completion of a project!

We are a client-focused service. Every day, you will be using your skills and experience to help people in need - while working alongside a wonderful team.

This is an opportunity to develop and showcase your leadership ability, while making a difference in our community.
