Join a passionate, close-knit team that's helping people move from homelessness into safe, stable housing. In this hands-on role, you’ll create welcoming spaces, support clients to reach their goals, and work side-by-side with case managers to provide person-centred, trauma-informed care. You’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team that values continuous learning and professional growth.
Providing compassionate, practical support to clients in line with their individual case plans.
Creating safe, inclusive spaces where everyone feels respected and valued.
Working closely with case managers to deliver the best possible support.
Keeping clear, up-to-date records to help track client progress.
Supporting the day-to-day running of accommodation services — from welcoming new clients to helping organise rooms and activities.
Advocating for clients when they need a voice.
Pitching in across flexible shifts — days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Transporting clients when needed and helping us meet service delivery targets.
Must be able to work the following roster: Every second week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:15 PM to 11:00 PM * each shift followed by a sleepover shift ending at 8:15 AM the next morning.
NSW Drivers Licence
Hands-on experience supporting people, ideally in homelessness or housing services.
A strong understanding of trauma-informed and client-centred care practices.
Excellent people skills: you’re approachable, respectful, and a great communicator.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including overnight and weekend shifts.
A commitment to inclusion and diversity - you believe everyone deserves dignity and respect.
A positive team spirit and the ability to work independently when needed.
