Your Role

An opportunity to join the retail team at Vinnies store on Crown St, Surry Hills and work as Casual Sales Assistant. Your vibrant personality, a keen eye for fashion and styling and passion for providing customer service will be key to your success in this role. Be part of a team that value collaboration and focus in achieving their sales goals.  Learn and grow your retail knowledge and skills as you perform different tasks in store operations.

Your Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
• Replenish stock on the sales floor
• Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
• Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
• Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.

You Will Need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
• Understanding of fashion and trends.
