Vinnies NSW are on the lookout for a deadly Senior First Nations Recruitment and Retention Partner to join our People, Culture and Safety team! This is a newly curated role to support and guide a broad stakeholder group, working closely with Directors, and People Leaders. This position will be responsible for a broad range of activities, including supporting the implementation of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Strategy and more broadly, developing programs that support the retention and career growth of our First Nations employees. The role will also play a key part in working alongside our Manager, First Nations Engagement to support our Reconciliation Action Plan initiatives.
This is an identified role under Section 14d of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 and as such Aboriginality is an essential requirement of the role. Aboriginal identified positions are developed where Aboriginal identity, cultural knowledge or connections are a genuine aspect of the role.
