Your new role

Exciting new Vinnies store opening very soon at a growing, thriving retail strip in Shellharbour 2529 NSW. Step into the next level of your retail career as Store Manager where you can maximally utilise your well-rounded knowledge and leadership skills. As Store Manager you will be a key driver in the successful operation and growth in sales and overall productivity of this store.

Your responsibilities in your new role

  • Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
  • Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
  • Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
  • Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
  • Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
  • Use the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail OR
  • Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
  • Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
