At Frederic House, we are committed to providing high-quality nursing care in an aged care facility to individuals facing drug and alcohol addiction and/or mental health issues and are at risk of experiencing homelessness. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients, and we strive to create a safe and supportive environment for their recovery.
In this rewarding role you will be coordinating and delivering high quality nursing care to Residents of Frederic house who are experiencing alcohol and other drug dependence and / or mental health issues and are at risk of experiencing homelessness.
