The role is part Information and Communications Technology that is responsible for state-wide ICT strategy, ICT project management, design and implementation of new ICT systems (e.g. CRM, Business Intelligence), ICT service desk, and cybersecurity.
The Dynamics CRM Developer is responsible for developing, customising, configuring, deploying and supporting solutions in CRM System. You will be working with the Scrum CRM team and will be working closely with the business analysts with the goal of developing solutions that meet business objectives and requirements. A vital aspect of your work is building relationships and supporting internal stakeholders during projects. You will have a critical frame of thinking to clearly identify system needs of customers, find custom solutions and ensure positive outcomes. You will also need to be a passionate and customer-focussed Dynamics 365 technical consultant/developer.
