Studio ARTES is seeking Casual Disability Support Workers (Program Facilitator position) to support adults with disability through our arts, life skills and community programs.

This role may involve:

• 1:1 disability support
• Facilitating small group programs
• Community access support
• Assisting with visual arts, performing arts, music and life skills programs

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience supporting people with disability
• Are confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are reliable, flexible and willing to work across a variety of programs and shifts
• Are comfortable supporting Members with different interests and support needs
• Have an interest in creativity, community participation and person-centred support

Please note: We are seeking team members who are happy to work across multiple programs as required. Staff may support visual arts, performing arts, life skills and community access programs depending on operational needs. Applicants who are only interested in supporting one program area may not be suitable for this role.

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Relevant disability support experience
• Full Australian working rights

Desirable

• Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
• First Aid Certificate

Hours

This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours. Availability across weekdays is highly regarded.
