St Kilda Community Housing exists to provide safe, secure and affordable housing to people who are at risk of experiencing homelessness. We believe that housing is a fundamental human right and our work focuses on creating long term housing solutions, supporting tenancy stability and fostering a strong sense of community within our properties. We manage more than 300 tenancies in 20 properties located in St Kilda.
The Intensive Tenancy Support role will work with woman who have histories of chronic homelessness, trauma and complex needs and who are at high risk of eviction from their current tenancies.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in housing and homelessness who is passionate about social justice and tenancy sustainment. You will be confident working with women with complex needs using a trauma informed, person centred frameworks. If you are resilient, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact, this role is for you!
