We are currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager, this position is responsible for revenue growth with existing and newly acquired customers. The position will focus on the sale of St John NT’s products and services, in particular its first aid training, equipment and services as well as developing new markets and business opportunities. The position provides sales management, local supervision and support to the sales team, and support of the sales process for training courses.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related field
• Previous staff supervision, sales and administration experience
• The ability to multitask with strong time management skills
• The ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
