The Project Leader role is responsible for leading a team to analyse, evaluate, select, develop, and implement new operating models for St John NSW’s Volunteering operations. This role will support the Executive and Volunteer leadership groups with solution design and delivery and stakeholder engagement and collaboration to ensure that the change process is sustainable. Overall the project is all about investing in and building our future to come out of the COVID-19 times in a stronger position.
This role is tasked with designing and delivering solutions from start to finish that coordinate people, systems and processes to best meet business outcomes. This project is far reaching and impacts on several functional areas of the St John NSW business including the design, development and implementation of volunteer operating models and asset allocation models. The breadth of responsibilities exceeds beyond technological systems, incorporating expertise in change management, innovation and operating model design.
This is a 9 month full-time fixed-term position.
