What You'll Do

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of government-funded (non-NDIS) programs
• Provide expert advice on funding obligations, reporting, and risk management
• Collaborate with Directors to ensure program excellence and accountability
• Support members in achieving personal goals—from employment to housing to education
• Foster a vibrant Clubhouse environment that promotes recovery and inclusion
• Represent Stepping Stone Clubhouse Inc. professionally with funders, partners, and the community
• Contribute to funding proposals, grant strategies, and strategic partnerships
• Champion continuous improvement, data integrity, and service alignment across sites

The Perks

Competitive salary under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) at a level 7.1, with superannuation and salary sacrifice options. The position is for a Fixed-Term 12 month contract with a 6 month probation period.

What You Bring

• Disability worker screening completed
• Possession of a current open C-Class Drivers Licence valid in Queensland or commitment to obtaining this.
• NDIS Access Pathways understanding and knowledge
• Demonstrated experience in working with individuals with psychosocial disabilities, including person-centred support planning and recovery-oriented practice.
• Proven capacity to analyse data, interpret trends, and produce accurate, insightful reports to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of funding frameworks, compliance, and reporting systems
• Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Competence in data informed decision making, risk management and quality assurance.
• Rock-solid communication and organisation skills.
