The Position

Starick has an exciting opportunity for a children’s counsellor to join our community counselling team. Providing quality trauma and FDSV informed counselling for children and young people aged 5-18yrs who have been impacted by Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence. This position will be based in Gosnells and is offered on a part-time basis of two days per week (15hrs).

What you will bring

• A tertiary degree in either Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with children in a counselling role who have been impacted by family, domestic and sexual violence.
• A willingness to participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development.
