ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is your opportunity to put your creative chops towards business for good. Reporting to our Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, the Digital Content Writer & Producer will play a key role in our newly created Communications team. Working in partnership with our Digital Designer, you’ll be responsible for producing and scheduling content across social media, email marketing, paid campaigns, website content and more for our portfolio of clients.

With a strong understanding of all key digital channels as well as new and emerging platforms to test and utilise, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns that amplify impact.

In a nutshell, you are:

  • An experienced content producer with their finger on the pulse of the latest tools, technologies and trends across social media and marketing.
  • Passionate about social good and working alongside purpose-aligned business.
  • A skilled writer, able to produce channel-appropriate content for a variety of brands, tones, platforms and audiences.
  • You’ve got a knack for stepping into a client’s shoes, able to embed their perspective and their ‘why’ into the content you craft.
  • Collaborative, able to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders to craft and deliver content that moves the needle.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, skilled at juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented, always striving to find new ways to do things better.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing written content for social media, email marketing and paid advertising campaigns across our portfolio of clients.
  • Scheduling and managing the implementation of marketing initiatives across all digital channels.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on the successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Integrate data-driven insights and industry best practices to grow and evolve our client accounts.
  • Manage multiple projects, budgets, and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The qualifications and experience we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of social media marketing experience in a digital agency environment.
  • A marketing or communications degree would be preferred but not essential.
  • Experience optimising and managing digital performance across various platforms and channels. This may include SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experienced in using data, metrics and feedback to guide your approach.
