This successful NFP is now seeking an additional team member for their growing project portfolio.

The purpose of the Talent Consultant ('Delivery Manager') is to partner with members on programs that increase engagement, attraction, recruitment and retention of people who identify as living with a disability.

Your role would be advisory/ educational on all things related to recruitment, and your key contacts would be the Talent Acquisition/ HR teams within their clients who have committed to these programs.

Ideally you will have:

• Strong end to end Recruitment/ TA experience- ideally from a NFP or/ and corporate environment
• Strong awareness and advocacy for people with disability, and ability to identify and remove barriers they face when seeking employment
• Ability to adhere to a project plan, update and report accurately (both externally and internally).
• Exposure to diversity and inclusion strategies
• Ability to manage a varied workflow of recruitment tasks and actions
• Strong delivery focus and outstanding candidate and client care
• Sound experience of working across numerous ATS
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly and apply innovative TA solutions for your clients & candidates
