Your Impact

You will provide support to the Finance Manager and work as part of a close-knit team in the key areas of accounts payable and receivable. Specifically, you will:

• Process accounts payable (AP) and supplier payments
• Manage accounts receivable (AR), including preparation of invoices for debtors
• Process general ledger, bank reconciliations and credit card expenses
• Manage general accounts queries and related filing
• Provide payroll support
• General administration assistance when required

What you bring

You have demonstrated experience working in a similar role with good understanding of AP and AR processes. You have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and can work to tight deadlines with competing priorities. You will also have:

• Relevant qualifications in Accounting/Bookkeeping
• Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
• Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
• Demonstrating strong financial acumen and a good understanding of policies and procedures in a professional environment
