As a hands-on CEO, you will shape the future of a unique co-operative housing model, strengthen community-led governance and champion innovation, through affordable housing solutions that make a lasting social impact.
United Housing Co-operative (UHC) provides secure, affordable housing across Melbourne’s north and west through a member-led, co-operative model rooted in social justice and sustainability. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead the strategic, financial and operational direction of UHC. You will champion the co-operative ethos and drive excellence in housing services, compliance and member engagement. Key responsibilities include:
