We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to oversee our Head to Health program and AOD Hub servicing the Upper Hunter.
Head to Health is a free mental health support service for people aged 18+ experiencing distress and provides a welcoming entry point for engagement, assessment, care planning and coordination and recovery-oriented interventions. This program is based in Muswellbrook with outreach services to Singleton and Scone.
The AOD Hub provides specialist AOD services to reduce the harm related to alcohol and other drug use and to improve the health, wellbeing and social outcomes of young people, pregnant people and parents with young children. The hub is based in Singleton.
This role is a great opportunity to expand your leadership skills. As a leader at Social Futures, you will have access to a mentoring program and receive regular coaching sessions to enhance your skill set.
