Project Coordinator - Social Strategy - Lismore

  • Based in Lismore - other Northern Rivers locations may be considered

The Social Strategy team leads human service sector development programs across the Northern Rivers aiming to improve outcomes for children, young people and families, housing and homelessness, transport development and supporting development in the community aged care sector. We have a strong focus on bringing the human services sector more supportively alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workers, organisations and communities. We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply for this position.

The successful candidate will lead our work supporting the community aged care sector, with support from other Social Strategy Team members. There is also opportunity to contribute to engagement with community and service providers and other activities in projects across the team. Collaboration on projects across the team is a central element of our practice.
