  • Salary range: $78,330– $81,909 + salary packaging + super.

About the role

The Project Support Officer will provide administrative and project support to the Sector Development team. The role requires strong administrative and project support skills with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will work closely with the Sector Development Director, Managers and other SNAICC teams to support growth in line with organisational values.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly proficient in coordinating administrative tasks.
  • Has demonstrated experience providing executive support including managing calendars and travel schedules and responding to ad hoc requests.
  • Has strong relationship building skills including the ability to work with a range of stakeholders with diverse working styles.
  • Has excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Is proficient with suite of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Has exceptional organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Has strong problem-solving skills including an ability to develop and implement processes and streamlined ways of working.
  • Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Has demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and people.

  • Research and policy development, with high-level leadership, policy and sector representation.
