The Smith Family is a children's education charity that helps young Australians experiencing disadvantage to create better futures for themselves through harnessing the power of education.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Administration Coordinator to join our family. Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Administration and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, this role will provide administration support to the National Admin team to enable high quality customer care of processing correspondence from Sponsors to students. Specifically, through the processing of physical correspondence and physical Birthday Packs.

About our role

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the work level of the volunteer with the Team Leader
  • Regular review of C2ST Procedures on areas for improvement
  • Distribution of correspondence from sponsors to students
  • Management and regular review of correspondence reports
  • Maintain accurate supported correspondence data and reporting
