About the opportunity

Concord Centre for Mental Health is committed to improving mental health for people and our communities by providing quality mental health services in partnership with consumers, families and service providers by providing quality healthcare, delivery of safe appropriate care, ensuring access to services, supporting our workforce, and working closely with the local community to manage the changing demand for services.
      
This role works within a high quality Speech Pathology service to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service. This role also provides rotational opportunities to Acute Adult Services at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

The ideal candidate

  • Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Speech Pathology practice and the provision of services to relevant clinical area.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, set priorities and apply a range of options to develop solutions.
