In this role, you will be responsible for providing senior clinical leadership within Physiotherapy service provision including optimisation of patient/client care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff.
Level 3 Senior Clinicians have a recognised clinical specialty within their discipline and work in areas that require high levels of clinical expertise and knowledge in that specialty. They demonstrate advanced reasoning skills and operate autonomously with minimum direct clinical supervision.
The successful applicant will work in the acute aged care wards and be responsible to the management of patients in this area, along with the supervision of a first year graduate physiotherapist. The position is also required to supervise students on placement in that aged care wards.
