Silver Chain has vacancies for community Enrolled Nurses for our Albany service. These positions will be based out of our Albany centre. These roles offer the opportunity to work in the community under the clinical direction of the Registered Nurse, the roles on offer are casual and Permanent Part time up to 45.6 hours per Fortnight, Monday – Friday.
You will be an experienced, Enrolled Nurse. Using your exceptional assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will provide an optimum standard of best care to our clients, making a real contribution to their health outcomes.
