• Independent Support Worker Needed – Sundays with a 7 Year Old Boy with ASD Level 2 & Global Development Delay.
• Location: Quakers Hill, NSW (Western Sydney Area)
• Shift: Sundays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM with potential for additional shifts

We’re looking for a reliable and easy-going support worker to spend time with a bubbly 7-year-old boy, mainly supporting him in community and social activities such as visits to the park, Flip Out, or local shopping centres for food and fun. The main goal is simple — to build connection and companionship.

About the Client:

• Personality: He’s a sweet and bubbly kid. He loves to hang out, watch cartoons and play toys together.
• Medical Info: Diagnosed with ASD Level 2 and Global Development Delay. No medication routine. Mild pollen allergies only.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and positive social interaction
• Support the client during community outings and activities
• Build rapport and trust through genuine shared experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• Fun, patient and engaging personality with a great sense of humour
• Cert III in Individual Support (or similar) is great but not essential (If you’re someone who can build genuine, trusting connections, we’d love to hear from you!)

Must have:

• Own ABN or willingness to obtain ASAP
• Australian Citizen or PR Holder
• Current Working with Children’s Check
• Current Police Check
• Current First Aid/CPR
• NSW Valid Driver’s Licence
• Reliable Vehicle for transport
