About the Role:

About the Role - Part-time 24 hours per week with negotiable days between Monday and Friday. Has the option to work on either three 8-hour days or four 6-hour days.

This is a dynamic and pivotal role that provides secretariat and administrative support predominantly to the CEO, and the Executive Management Team, three days per week. (Hours and days per week are negotiable).

The role is critical in ensuring a high degree of professional coordination and support to the CEO, Executives and the operational committees. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times, work out of hours as required and handle a wide variety of activities including confidential matters with discretion.

Key Selection Criteria

This must be addressed in a cover letter to be considered:

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce a broad range of quality written material for a variety of audiences.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities and complete tasks to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Advanced PC and document control knowledge and experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration would be highly regarded but not mandatory.
