Looking for flexible OT work that values connection, autonomy, and real-world impact? At Seeking Minds, we work alongside people in the contexts of their everyday lives, homes, communities, and support environments, and we’re looking for Occupational Therapists who want meaningful, sustainable contractor work with the option to transition into a permanent role if desired.
This role suits OTs who value relational practice, enjoy diverse caseloads, and want genuine flexibility in how and when they work — whether that’s part-time, building a portfolio, or seeking a longer-term professional home.
As a contractor OT with Seeking Minds, you’ll work with a mixed caseload of NDIS participants and private clients, across children, adolescents, and adults, with varying needs and goals. Work can be completed in the community, from home, or from our office space, depending on your preference and client needs.
For clinicians seeking stability over time, there is potential to move into a permanent role, subject to mutual interest, service needs, and fit.
Location: Flexible work-from-home, office-based, and community work across Bendigo, Macedon Ranges, Goldfields, and surrounding regions.
If you’re seeking flexible contractor work now — with the option to build toward permanency — and want to practice OT in a way that feels human, supported, and sustainable, we’d love to hear from you.
