Seed is Australia’s first Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth-led climate network. We are building a movement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people for climate justice. Our vision is for a strong and connected network of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people who are empowered and leading the fight for climate justice.
We’re looking for a passionate and values-aligned Grants & Partnerships Manager to join our team and help secure the funding that powers our campaigns, increases the capacity of young people through training and leadership programs, and allows us to co create powerful strategy with frontline communities to protect country.
This role is open to both First Nations people and non-Indigenous allies.

At the same time, this is one of few roles at Seed that’s also open to non-Indigenous identifying people – we’re looking for the right allies to walk with us, help raise the funds for our work, and grow our collective impact.
You’ll lead and deliver Seed’s fundraising program across three key income streams:
You’ll work closely with our Fundraising Director, and have plenty of space to bring creativity and initiative as we test new ideas, build sustainability, and deepen relationships with the team and our supporters who make our work possible.
