Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to work within our Enterprise Project Management team (ePMO) on a 2 year fixed term contract.
This role will lead and develop the Change Team of 3-4 Change Managers and Analysts to manage Enterprise-wide Change programs. They will develop and build change capability across the organisation to uplift change management standards, tools, and templates.
This role will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to define, plan, oversee and execute change management activities, embedding these within the overarching program plans. They will champion change management frameworks and strategies in a cross-functional environment, supporting communication and transition activities across a complex transformational program of work.
They will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, leveraging these to understand and influence change readiness and resistance.
We are seeking a senior change manager with experience working on complex, enterprise-wide projects. Candidates should have experience leading change and change teams within multi-functional organisations, across a broad and diverse cohort of employees.
