This management position in a reputable and well known not for profit, medium sized residential aged care provider, will give you the opportunity to contribute to improving the lives of residents. Scalabrini operates six residential aged care villages in NSW, five in the Sydney Metro area and the sixth in regional NSW.
Reporting to the CEO, we are seeking a Head of Maintenance to manage the maintenance and support for the property and land based assets, plant and equipment across the organisation. The Head of Maintenance is also responsible for the management of the maintenance teams at each of the six villages.
We're looking for someone who can ensure all property and land based assets, plant and equipment are maintained to meet functional performance, as well as supporting delivery outcomes by providing leadership and strategic direction to all capital works and maintenance projects and initiatives.
