In this full-time, maximum term role(until 30 June 2028), you'll work as a part of our International Programs team (ideally based out of one our Country Offices) in Tonga, Solomon Islands, Papau New Guinea and Vanuatu) to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Regional GEDSI and Partnerships coordinator plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it's leading coordination of GEDSI, safeguarding, and inclusive practices across REnew Pacific to ensure safe, equitable program delivery, or Strengthens partnerships and locally led approaches by connecting teams and supporting inclusive participation of marginalised groups, you'll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.

You will make a difference by:

• Coordinate and support GEDSI and safeguarding coordinators across REnew Pacific locations, promoting collaboration, consistency and shared learning.
• Provide practical, strengths-based support to grantees to strengthen GEDSI, disability inclusion, child safeguarding, PSEAH and safe programming approaches.
• Support partners to integrate inclusive and safeguarding practices across project design, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
• Facilitate participatory approaches that ensure meaningful engagement of women, children, youth, people with disabilities and other marginalised groups.

This role requires:

• Minimum 7+ years in program coordination/management, ideally in the Pacific or similar contexts.
• Strong GEDSI, safeguarding, community development expertise by proven ability to apply inclusive and safe programming practices.
• Stakeholder & partnership management skills by demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with diverse partners (government, civil society, private sector).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, align teams, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Capacity to work across multiple Pacific locations and support field-based teams.
