In this full-time permanent role, you'll work as a part of our Pacific Regional Operations team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. You'll be based ideally within the Pacific region though other locations will be considered, and will work predominantly from home or from a Save the Children office if there is one in your area. You'll support the effective management of development and humanitarian programs across the Pacific by coordinating awards, strengthening compliance, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Working closely with Country Offices and senior program teams, you'll play a key role in driving performance, accountability, and impact across our portfolio.

Your expertise in project and award coordination, combined with your strong financial acumen and ability to manage competing priorities, will enable you to deliver high-quality program support and ensure compliance across a diverse funding portfolio. Your strong communication skills and collaborative approach will help build effective relationships across teams and geographies, contributing to improved program outcomes for children.
