In this full-time permanent role, you'll work as a part of our Pacific Regional Operations team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. You'll be based ideally within the Pacific region though other locations will be considered, and will work predominantly from home or from a Save the Children office if there is one in your area. You'll support the effective management of development and humanitarian programs across the Pacific by coordinating awards, strengthening compliance, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Working closely with Country Offices and senior program teams, you'll play a key role in driving performance, accountability, and impact across our portfolio.

You will make a difference by:

• Coordinating award management processes across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with donor requirements
• Monitoring project performance, budgets, and risks, and supporting reporting and analysis
• Collaborating with Country Offices and cross-functional teams to ensure strong project delivery and coordination
• Supporting donor compliance, including contract reviews, reporting requirements, and audit processes
• Contributing to program development, capacity strengthening, and emergency response efforts across the Pacific

This role requires:

• Demonstrated experience in project and/or award management
• Strong financial literacy, including experience in budget monitoring
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
• Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across cultures and teams
