In this maximum term, part time position (9 days per fortnight, for 2 years with potential for permanency) you'll work within a case management framework in a refuge and outreach setting, providing support to children and families who are experiencing domestic and family violence.
Based in the Moreton Bay region, you'll work 68.4 hours per fortnight, as follows:

You're an experienced practitioner who is passionate about supporting families within a child centred, strengths-based framework. Importantly, you have a strong understanding of the impact of trauma on children and their families and you're keenly aware of the additional impacts and barriers experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
It is a genuine requirement of this position that it be filled by a woman as permitted in sections 25, 104 and 105 of the Anti-Discrimination Act, 1991.
