You are an analytical and organised professional with the ability to drive and deliver projects through to completion. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for bringing others on the journey, and can easily build rapport with stakeholders from any level of an organisation. You enjoy diving into the detail, whilst maintaining a focus on strategic goals, and using data and research to inform, evaluate and enhance project outcomes. You are collaborative, authentic and self-aware and you strive for continuous improvement and service excellence.
Reporting to the Manager: Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), you will drive projects to support EDI initiatives across the University, that support UniSA’s aspiration to be a culturally competent and inclusive organisation. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and manage a broad range of projects that support our efforts to attract, retain and develop a diverse and inclusive workforce.
