About the role

The Fundraising Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of key fundraising initiatives at SANE. These include appeals, regular giving, and peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns. This role focuses on implementing elements of the fundraising calendar, coordinating campaigns across channels, supporting donor care functions, and ensuring accurate processing and reporting of donations. Reporting into the Fundraising Manager, and working in a team, this role supports the growth of fundraising income and donor engagement in line with our Fundraising Strategy and the organisation’s broader Vision and Strategic Plan.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver fundraising campaigns (appeals, regular giving, peer-to-peer) on time and within budget
  • Draft, proof, and coordinate content and collateral, including briefs, scripts, emails, and print materials
  • Assist in campaign performance reporting and budget tracking.
  • Use data insights to support segmentation and personalisation.
  • Process donations and maintain accurate donor records in the CRM.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in fundraising, marketing or supporter engagement in a not-for-profit environment.
  • Practical experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of fundraising principles, donor stewardship, and campaign metrics (e.g. acquisition, ROI, attrition).
