Be Well Co is an entity of the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI).

Our vision is a world where all people are equipped with skills to build their mental health and grow through life’s challenges. We do this by working with organisations, trainers and the community to implement projects with their people and networks.

Be Well Co is built on seven years of work as the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre, with Be Well Co now focused on furthering our impact and reach nationally.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who is solution-focused and can work effectively in a dynamic work environment, helping us make a real impact for people and organisations who are looking to improve their mental health.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Training Lead to undertake tasks required across Be Well Co’s Training Programs including:
    • Scheduling Be Well Plan training sessions, Certified Trainer Program workshops and assessments for the trainers in training.
    • Managing registrations for Be Well Plan training and the Certified Trainer Program.
    • Maintaining records related to the accreditation and re-accreditation of Certified Trainers and payment of ongoing license fees and content access fees.
    • Responding to enquiries received from the Certified Trainer community.
    • Assist with the organisation of events
  • Work with the Co-Leads and other team members where required, to support administration functions across Be Well Co including:
    • Aiding in financial processes, including maintaining receipts and credit card reconciliation process
    • Booking flights and accommodation where requested
    • Supporting with email and calendar management/ meeting bookings where requested by Co-Leads

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:

  • Experience in executing a broad range of administration tasks including working with the Microsoft suite of products.
  • High level organisational and administrative skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences orally, in writing and through the use of technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under limited direction, possess initiative and exercise a degree of autonomy.
  • Excellent and proven team skills with a clear, communicative and collaborative style and the ability to form strong relationships with a diverse range of people.

Special Requirements

  • Out of hours work may be required.
  • Note: Be Well Co supports hybrid and flexible working including working remotely as agreed with Be Well Co.
