YMCA Victoria is seeking an administration professional to provide exceptional support to their Chief Executive, who is a highly respected leader in the not-for-profit sector. The EA will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule and screening all incoming communication, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.  This diverse role also includes project management, social media involvement and will see you using your exceptional writing skills on the CEO’s behalf. The EA will be the key liaison and contact for the Board and Sub Committee, with the added responsibilities of governance administration, providing assistance to the Company Secretary and ensuring compliance with YMCA Australia.

You come from a professional service environment and are vastly experienced in your administration career. With outstanding communication skills, you produce high quality written material, and can effectively communicate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You are experienced in project management and pride yourself on your organisational skills and ability to multi task. Your background demonstrates a strong results focus and you readily take ownership of issues. Further, you are passionate about working within a strong and supportive team environment and strive for continuous improvement.
