Your new role

Rooming House Plus Program is an innovative housing support program providing support and case management to people who have experienced homelessness. In your new part time role you will:

  • Assist residents to engage with current supports such as; NDIS, Area mental health services and Community health services.
  • Provide support and case coordination for residents, assistance to attend house activities and groups, external supports.
  • Foster and develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the program
  • Ensure services are delivered to clients using social inclusion and trauma informed principles

The person we're looking for

The successful candidate will be:

  • Able to work across a wide variety of shifts, including sleepover shifts (Essential)
  • Experienced in effectively responding to challenging behaviours and crisis situations.
  • Team focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work alongside the team with strong relationship skills
