You will be instrumental in the ongoing growth of our stores reputation as amongst the best Op Shops in Melbourne.
If you’re seeking to use your retail fashion, interior design or homewares experience to help create social change and take on a challenging role this might be for you.
You will be a key contributor to the operations of our Op Shops. A typical day may be very physically demanding, and will involve sorting and processing donations, merchandising, operating the point of sale and assisting with supervising volunteers.
You’ll be constantly building and managing relationships by providing outstanding customer service to our donors and customers. Your previous experience in other Op Shops or second-hand stores will be a valuable asset, as you’ll already know different ways you can optimise our sales.
You’ll enjoy having a laugh with other staff and contributing to fantastic team cultures within the stores.
