Sacred Heart Mission is looking for a full-time Program Coordinator - Support Services to lead a skilled and passionate team working at Sacred Heart Central in St Kilda.
As the Program Coordinator, you’ll strengthen and support the support services teams working from SH Central, ensuring the teams continue to deliver high-quality, effective, and person-centred services to our participants. Your leadership will empower the team to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support while also providing the foundation for the team to be able to do the work they do.
You’ll be the driving force behind the program’s success, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. From setting team targets and tracking progress to crafting strategies for impact. You'll be leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team including Pathways Workers, Care Finder Workers, and Support Workers and providing them with supervision, guidance, and hands-on support in tackling complex cases.
Working together with the Sacred Heart Central Manager and Head of Homeless Services you'll build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and overall contribute to service development and innovation.
