The Journey to Social Inclusion Program (J2SI) is working against chronic homelessness with its innovative housing-first approach, combined with comprehensive, personalised support and we’re excited to say our new phase of our Journey to Social Inclusion program will be commencing August 2025!
As the Peer Settlement Support Worker, you'll work collaboratively within the J2SI program. Guided by your personal lived experience in resettling in a home and community after homelessness, you'll help participants transition from homelessness into stable housing by providing peer support and facilitating community connections.
This role is a maximum-term part-time opportunity (0.5 – 0.8 FTE), starting 18 August 2025, with the contract ending 31 August 2028.
