101 Grey Street, St Kilda is our state-of-the-art purpose-built residential facility. It is our mission here for people to live in a safe environment, have a sense of community and belonging, have control over their lives, and have their needs met. You will make a real difference to our residents providing NDIS support.
We are now looking for NDIS Support Workers to join our extended Sacred Heart Local team. This casual role allows you to work as much or as little as you want.
Working closely with the Program Manager and Support Coordinator, you will fortify our residents’ independence, listen to their wants and needs and take direction from them on where you will go on your outings and events.
Our ideal candidates will be caring, empathetic, and have previous lived experience working with clients and understanding complex behaviours. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, outgoing, and who can effectively communicate with our residents.
The successful candidate will have:
A NDIS Workers Screening Check, a current First Aid and CPR Certificate are essential, however, if you have not obtained either the clearance or the certificate don’t let this stop you from applying for this wonderful opportunity.
